Leanne has over 30 years of experience in business ownership & management, strengthened by a working history in various industries, including retail, hospitality, web design, marketing and custom manufacturing. Aside from her bookkeeping and accountancy qualifications, Leanne has industry qualifications in business mastery, information technology, retail operations, workplace training and marketing. Leanne also has administration experience in construction, civil works, hospitality and retail. Her list of skills is extensive and after many years as a bookkeeper/BAS agent, she has a strong background to draw from as she leads her team and we provide our clients with the best tools and service for their financial success.

Allyce Taylor
Senior Bookkeeper & BAS Agent (upcoming)
Allyce's history in law and manufacturing has given her proven experience in legal practice management, legal lodgement, conveyancing, payroll, trust accounts, BAS preparation, settlements, banking, printing, logistics and administration. Her qualifications gained over that time including a Diploma in Business Management along with several related courses, give her excellent understanding of business management in general. With several years behind her in bookkeeping now, Allyce has experience working with and servicing clients in many industries from land developers, building and construction, automotive, retail food, printing, hospitality and more.

Chantelle Lambert
Bookkeeping Manager & Marketing
Chantelle’s background in hospitality, photography, printing and production provides her with a vast range of knowledge and experience. In her roles during those employments, Chantelle gained valuable skills, experience and qualifications in business management, logistics, account management, marketing, team leadership, payroll, accounts and bookkeeping. During her years with us, Chantelle has worked with, and continues to work with, clients in automotive, retail, finance, manufacture and production, hospitality, photography, and construction and building.

Donna Kissick
Bookkeeper & Data Entry
Donna has brought valuable experience from her work place history in the automotive wholesale and publishing industries. Among her many skills, experience and qualifications, Donna adds business administration, sales consultancy, marketing, banking, data entry, contracts, bookkeeping, registrations, sales, stock control, parts acquisition, warranty claims, administration and reception to our wide range. As our 'all rounder', Donna works with any clients in the automotive or similar industries along with assisting our other staff as she furthers her bookkeeping career with us.

Steve Ardern
Graphics, Marketing & Data Entry
Steve has over 30 years of experience in business ownership & management, with a strong working history in various industries, including retail, construction and building, automotive, web design, marketing and graphic art. Steve has qualifications and experience in business management, retail operations, workplace training and marketing. His list of skills ranges from automotive retail sales, management and repair to documentation creation and formatting, to painting, plastering and carpentry. His design experience branches out to commercial signage, web, online marketing (social media and web page) and even sports clothing. Steve is vital in helping our bookkeepers understand the inner workings of industries they are not familiar with. He is also valuable in helping with a wide variety of documents we provide for some clients and helping with light bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
