Our story

Positive Traction started with a frustration Leanne kept hearing from builders and tradies: "I'm flat out but I have no idea what I'm actually making." Bookkeeping was being done — but the numbers weren't working for the owner.

With decades of hands-on experience across a wide range of industries, Leanne knew the language, the pressures, and the reason numbers get pushed to the bottom of the pile. So we built a bookkeeping practice with three simple non-negotiables.
