Leanne has over 30 years of experience in business ownership & management, strengthened by a working history across retail, hospitality, web design, marketing and custom manufacturing. Alongside her bookkeeping and accountancy qualifications, she holds industry qualifications in business mastery, information technology, retail operations, workplace training and marketing, plus administration experience in construction, civil works, hospitality and retail. As a long-serving bookkeeper and registered BAS Agent, Leanne leads the team with a deep, practical background to draw from.
Allyce Taylor
Allyce's background in law and manufacturing brings proven experience in legal practice management, legal lodgement, conveyancing, payroll, trust accounts, BAS preparation, settlements, banking, printing, logistics and administration. She holds a Diploma in Business Management along with several related qualifications, giving her a strong understanding of business as a whole. With years of bookkeeping experience behind her, Allyce has serviced clients across land development, building and construction, automotive, retail food, printing, hospitality and more.
Chantelle Lambert
Chantelle's background in hospitality, photography, printing and production gives her a vast range of knowledge and experience. Across those roles she built skills and qualifications in business management, logistics, account management, marketing, team leadership, payroll, accounts and bookkeeping. During her years with Positive Traction she has worked with clients in automotive, retail, finance, manufacture and production, hospitality, photography, and construction and building.
Steve Ardern
Steve has over 30 years of experience in business ownership & management, with a strong working history across retail, construction and building, automotive, web design, marketing and graphic art. He holds qualifications and experience in business management, retail operations, workplace training and marketing, and his skills range from automotive sales, management and repair, through to documentation, painting, plastering and carpentry. His design work spans commercial signage, web, online marketing and sports clothing.
